As I sit here I have been thinking a lot and even more so now that we have our own house and made a year in September. Things sure have change from a one bedroom apartment to a three bedroom house with a lot of space from outside to inside. And as a stay at home wife and mommy doing things like care for my husband, son, cook, wash, cook, other things, and clean!! Yes clean! And let me tell you cleaning was easy when it was a one bedroom apartment and the two of us, now a three bedroom house and the three of us can be crazy, will get crazy, and as much as I try to clean it will NEVER stay that way even if I TRY or have the help from my husband. Let me admit it does stay clean when we have a gathering or parties of some kind but that's just for a little while. Yes, maybe just maybe I wish my house would stay clean just for a little while longer and not only for parties, but truth be told I do clean and at least I do clean...but I love the mess a little well when there are not death traps or something not trying to trip my husband and I. I love the toys, and I love love that I have a little guy who a long with us his mommy and daddy are enjoying the memories with him and making memories for him. As well as us has parents our making memories together, and plus it could give us something to talk about in one of those late night conversation while our son is asleep on how we enjoyed ourselves, did you hear that little laughter, did see this, how we laugh as well, and so much more!
With that being said let me welcome you to the new year as well as to my new name
A messy house with memories because it's our house, my house, I do clean and will clean but at the end before bedtime I sometime not always clean up or pick up after him or us. And you know what I will be OK with that because at the end of everything that mess was involve with a memory that was made by us or by my little guy who is only little once and I will one day miss these toys and all us playing or him playing, or how I didn't wash the dishes before bed, or didn't pick up the clothes from that day!
So sit back take this journey with me on my blog as a welcome you again!
Lauren
