Hey everyone! We decide to have a little fun before Halloween with a project and recipe I found on pinterest. And of course it would not be right if we didn't curve a pumpkin or visit a pumpkin patch nor do a trunk and treat.
First let kick off with our handprint pumpkin project we did.
Supplies
Paper or Canvas
Orange, Green, and Brown paint
And of course your child handprint
I started by putting orange paint on one of my son's hand and started to make somewhat of a pumpkin. Green paint was for leaves and the brown was the stem.
Next up was a Halloween float I found on pinterest...was a PASS and very good.
Recipes calls for ice cream, gummy worms, sprite or lime soda, and green food coloring. Scoop your ice cream in a cup than in another cup mix your sprite and green food coloring...once done pour that cup into your ice cream, top it off with worms and Enjoy your Halloween float. Cheers!
Third was M&Ms brownies with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. FYI we love the mix in the bag instead of the box and of course follow the directions on the back. Once done and cool top with chocolate icing and mini M&Ms. Can you say Yum!?!
Than we had a little Halloween party with a mommy group I am in, which I made spiders lollipops for the kids.
How to make spider lollipops:
Pipe cleaners
Lollipops
Fold pipe cleaners in half and cut. Once you three half on a pipe cleaner center it on the stick of the lollipops and twist it. Once done you have three on each side making six. Fold the tip on the pipe cleans down as feet....and you are done.
