July 1, 2016: The Purge: Election Year will be in theaters. Are you ready?

RIt's been two years since Leo Barnes( Frank Grillo) stopped himself from a regrettable act of revenge on Purge Night. In The Purge: Election Year Leo Barnes will be serving as head of security for Senator Charlie Roan (Elizabeth Mitchell). He will have to protect her as she runs for president, and protect her and make sure they survive the annual ritual that targets the poor and innocent. But wait for it as there is a betrayal in the group, and forces them onto the streets of D.C. on the night when no help is available. There one mission is to stay alive until dawn, or both will be sacrificed for their sins against the state. 

The Purge: The Election Year will be in threaters July 1, 2016 reveals the next terrifying chapter that happens within 12 hours of annual lawlessness sanctioned by the New Founders of America to keep this country great.
