Happy New Year

I am very lucky, blessed and thankful to be able to start the New Year with this amazing guy I call my husband!! Here is to 2013 and to many more!!

We hope everyone had a great christmas

It has been crazy week with Christmas and my husband taking some time away from work, trust me I or shall I say we both enjoyed and it was long overdue so no computer or cleaning for me even through I still did just a little.

Beside that our Christmas was wonderful even through some sickness try to sneak up on us a few days before Christmas, which now my husband is fine but I have this bad cough that won't go away! Let's see Christmas Eve we went to my in laws ate, opening gifts at midnight, and just hang around and talk and had laughter in the mix,and visit with the neighbors which was nice catching up. Than Christmas Day we went to my mom's place.....we ate some more, opening more gifts, laughed, talked, and just hang out. After we left my mom's place we went to my in laws so my hubby could help them set up some stuff, and of course we ate some more, talked, and had more laughter! 

Now that Christmas is done and over with we are now looking forward to the new year!

BTW I am not only thankful for what we did...but thankful and blessed for that day and for each and everyday comes our way!

Goodbye 2012 Hello 2013

As 2012 is coming to a end I am looking back and there is nothing I would do different...we had ups, and downs, good, and bad times, a lot of laughter, and many memories that will be cherish forever!

Here is a few

• Spending time with my hubby....is always the best
• Hubby celebrated 29th birthday and to many more  
• My 26th birthday and to many more
• My little nephew was born in March
• My grandma celebrated another birthday and hoping for many more
• Hanging out with friends and family
• Started to fix the paperwork for our house hopefully next year we will be in one
• My niece celebrated her first birthday and to many more
• Birthday parties for friends many memories made there and to many more 
• My nephew was baptism  
• Being able to watch my niece and enjoy making memories with her
• Had to leave my job which was not by choice but I know something better will come my way
• Breakfast with grandma which was joined by some family members
• Holidays you can name was amazing in there own way
• Our 4th wedding Anniversary
• My weight lost and hoping to keep going day by day and get stronger
• Thanking god for everything and anything and I am thankful and blessed for everything and anything

You know throughout the memories that were made this year I can only thank god for allowing me to make many of these memories, and I am hoping and praying that I along with everyone in my life can make new memories for many more years to come. I know I listed more than a few but here are some, and I had many more memories that I didn't put down but along with this list and the others I will have them in my heart and will cherish them forever!!!


So now that 2012 is coming to an end I am welcoming 2013 with opening arms, and I am ready to make new memories and can't wait!! Blessed and Thankful Love,

Happy thanksgiving

Today as well as any other day I am thankful and truly blessed to god for everything and anything, my life, good health, and to be married to a wonderful husband, to have a group of friends who are family,  and my grandma, my mom, and family (extended family)!

I am thankful as each day comes and goes and I will always be thankful, regardless if it's a bad day!!

My thought of the day

My grandma is one amazing lady, and I wish I had all the money in the world to give her....so she won't have to worry about anything or nothing at all.

My weight lost story

I was going thru some of my pictures and I came across these

My 25th birthday 2011 and than 26th birthday 2012...wow my weight is going down little by little, and I am very proud of myself!

You know its not easy and at times I wanted to give up, but I didn't and I am still going!

Remember it takes time, and for me at times I toss my scale out of my restroom because I used to get on it everyday... but now I get on it every two weeks :)!!

If I can do it you can do it as well!!!

My thought of the day

I just hate when a person can call another person only when they need something or money, other than that no word is heard from that person....you know it doesn't hurt to pick up the phone and just say hello or how are you doing, instead of can you do this, or that, and my favorite can I barrow $20.00!

Trust me I don't mind at all but come on, one minute I can see that person and than when someone new comes into their life not one word is heard from that person, until they need something. I am a very kind heart person but I hate to be taking advantage of!!

How many of you have that same problem?

Awkward moment

I feel so bad still after I ask my husband if he got the item in front of our friend/family that gave it to him....I was just wondering but no problem if we forgot because there was always a next time. You know my husband just told me not to worry because it didnt bother them but how do I know for sure, even if I was just doing my part and just reminding my husband!

I hope they are not mad and know I was just reminding my husband and them as well as seeing if he had it, I just know next time I will pull my husband aside.

Talking about awkward moment but I know my friend/family didn't take it the wrong way, and I am the one worry over here like crazy because they still love me!! :)

A year ago

This time last year we took our first trip to Las Vegas! We left on August 13 of last year, and I know it won't be a year till Monday but last year it was a Saturday. Vegas was our first trip together as a married couple and it won't be our last, a matter of fact if everything goes well we will be up there celebrating my husband 30th birthday next year.

Well lets go down memory lane of our trip....we stayed at Vdara which was awesome, we tour the strip, the malls, and even saw a show and had a nice dinner, we also went to the Hoover dam.....our time up there was just amazing!

My miscarriage...I need to say how I feel

You know I never really talk about this but I have been thinking about this lately.

2 years ago in April two days after my birthday I had went to the doctor due to leg pains, but come to find out I was pregnant. When the doctor determined that I was, I was in shocked and at the same time I wanted to take a test to see the result and yup I was expecting.....I was by myself and I was happy and completely in shocked! In the meantime the husband didn't know yet until he had a chance to call me and when he did, I was parked in the parking lot at the doctor office still...I told him and he was shocked and happy! After awhile I left the doctor office and stop at my aunt house to visit and tell her the good news she was thrilled, and than out of nowhere I had blood coming out and I was in a lot of pain....I left her house, and stop at an obg/yn by my home and try to make an appointment and (I will never forget this) I told the receptionist and she said oh dear you need to go the hospital. From there I left that office and went home and called the hubby right away and within 30 minutes he was there. You know during the drive to the hospital I would hold his hand tight and pray that nothing was wrong, we checked in and went from seeing doctors after doctors and exams after exams....in came out at the end that I lost our child!

It may have been two years but I still blame myself for losing our child, and when we found out I was expecting we were beyond thrilled but in the matter of hours it from us being happy to crying because of the sad news.

To our child,

I may not have been that far long, we didn't know if you where a girl or a boy, but that day We found out I knew we would be ready for you when we would welcome you into the world. But that day my world had change completely and I knew god did this for a reason, and when we are ready it will happen and we will be amazing parents to a little girl or a little boy!!

Beside all that going on all on the same day....you know that saying what breaks you only makes you stronger....well this saying is true for my husband and I, it may us stronger and love each other more each day!!

We went to Lakewood church today and.....

It was just simply amazing, and I can't wait to go back next Sunday. The word today had my emotions showing and the feelings that I had was the greatest, and I sure can't wait to feel that again.

The reason way I say I cant wait to feel what I felt again, is because it's been a while since I have been to church.... My husband and I just haven't been able to find that prefect one, and with Lakewood we felt home. You know when I was growing up I was always at church whenever I could with my grandma and family, but when I got older it slowly stop but the believing was still there. I am beyond happy to have attend Lakewood with my husband, and looking forward to new blessings coming our way!!

Today's word

Before seeking help/advice from friends/family/or just anyone seek your help with our Lord Jesus Christ first.

As well don't let people or yourself tell you, you can't do anything because you can and Victory will be yours.

If there is a will there is a way!!

Bad Luck Today

Wow! My husband wakes up this morning at 9 and go get water from the kitchen...he is half asleep and to his surprised he is wide awake from his socks wet and turns to the sink and water is just coming out. From there he comes to the room and wakes me by telling me to called the apartment maintainance, I ask him why and just said do it please...I follow him to the kitchen and to my beyond beside water in the sink it was all over the floor, the carpet, in the dishwasher.....ummmm what a great way to wake up on Sunday, but hey we were blessed with this day regardless bad or good luck!!!

Now I want good luck to come my way!!!

One of my favorite memory and to many more

When my husband and I were dating, my favorite memory is when this song Tu Forma De Ser by Alberto and Roberto would come on he would turned the radio up and still does and just sing to me....I just love when he does that, and I still get chills down my body till day!

You know I have pently of memories and they are still coming, but this is by far my favorite! I have always love him and he is my best friend, and thank god for letting me spend and make memories with him!!

Happy 26th birthday to me

Grandma you are the most amazing person I know, with such a big heart fill with lots of love! You are my rock, my right hand, my best friend, you always know what to say, and the greatest person I know...and I am proud to have you as my role model. Road trip part 2

We got to Pleasanton about 10:00
Friday night, and of course my uncle had beer and wine coolers ice down for us :)! Its nice to received hugs and laugh and dance the night away till four in the morning. 

Saturday morning got up saw more family, and got ready after breakfast and head to the strawberry festival! We have been going almost for about three years and every year it changes and more people are there. If you can imagine everything strawberries and of course they have some very good food. Well we got there around two in the afternoon and didn't leave till nine at night. While we were there we dance, ate good food, and some very juicy strawberries, strawberry rites and cold beer. Therefore once we left the grounds again we stay up till four in the morning...laugh, dance, and just enjoyed the company of one other!

Sunday morning had breakfast, pack the car and came back home!

You know we came back tired but it was well worth it to get away for the weekend! I love how we get to spend time with family and make new memories everytime we are together!!

Ending this road trip as we will not wait a whole year to see our family again....we can wait to go back in September for one of my cousin wedding!!

Road Trip

We are on the way to go visit my Uncle Sammy in Pleasanton, TX....its been almost a year since we have not seen them, and I am beyond excited and thrilled! The drive up there is nice my husband and I get to catch up with everything, talked about our work week, and on top of that I love how we can sing songs together, and make up dance moves as well....Priceless moments that I enjoy so much and cherish!! Oh yeah by the way I love my crazy husband!!  :)

Will keep you posted on when we get there...and how are trip goes!

Easter weekend

This pass weekend was a three day weekend, as well as Easter!

It all started Friday, which was good Friday I was off and my husband was off....which was really nice! Beside it being good Friday, it was also Astros opening day game. Other than that we got to sleep late and than take care of some busy before heading to the game. After everything we finally headed to the game to cheer on our Astros with a group of our best friends, what better way to have a Friday off...its Astros opening day and with friends, priceless!

Than Saturday we got to celebrate with family and friends my great aunt 60th birthday while my husband played the oldies! It was great seeing family that I have not seen in a while, as well as dancing the night away.

Finally its Easter the lord as risen....and I am thanking him for everything!
During Easter Sunday my husband and I was with friends/family at the park all day! We planned it right got some kfc, drinks, snacks, and eggs with goodies for the kids! I can actually say it was nice being able to enjoyed it with my husband and family.....the breeze was good and it was a beautiful day to relaxed, laughed, and talked! :)

I thank god for this wonderful weekend that passed and to many more!!

T-ball

This pass weekend I got to see my 5 yr old little cousin who I have took care of since 3 weeks old, played t-ball/baseball! It was so cute seeing the little ones played baseball, I really enjoy myself so much that I can't wait to go back!!

I didn't think I will be where I'm at today...married to an amazing guy, I have a job, my own place and my own car!

Didn't think this and other great things would happen to me, and I am looking forward to many more.

Four years ago you left us and became an angel

You came into my life when I was little, we started bonding when I was about 12 yrs old and we had a relationship only you and I could understand. Being a father figure that you didn't have to be to me, meant a lot to me and I am truly forever grateful. I still can't believe its been four years, not a day goes that I am not thinking about you or missing you. As your anniversary came up I looked back at the time we did have and I thank god for allowing us to spend 15 months with you before you lost your battle with cancer regardless what happen you are one stronger person, because everyday you fought with the chemo....and you knew your time was coming but you lived your life to the fullest. I miss your cooking, dancing, and looking at you being one good looking cowboy, as well as your filling the room with laughter....you were one of a kind!

Thanks for being you and for being someone you didn't have to be, yeah we had a crazy relationship but at the end we knew we loved each other and that's all that matters!!

Until we meet again!!

Today was the superbowl...and how many of y'all actually watch the superbowl or just for the commercials?

I would only watch the superbowl if my favorite team was playing.....wondering which team, umm Dallas Cowboys. But other than that I love watching the commercials regardless who plays! Well the commercials this year was good, some what good, made me laugh or not! This one was my favorite:

My hubby

My hubby is amazing and awesome!! He loves me, takes care of me, and is there for me! When it comes time to bust is butt off at work he does, and he is a very hard worker and I love him for that! I just love how he does everything and is wonderful and care for me and I am so happy to give all that in return!!

My grandpa

This August will be 25 years since he's been an angel, and everyday I think about how life would be like if he was here. A few days before Christmas my grandma and my mom were looking thru old pictures, and they came across his wallet....this story melts my heart and put a smile on my face, here it goes:

My grandma open his wallet beside his driver license and social security....he had two pictures in there one of them was me and the other one was my cousin(we are 6 months apart).

You know i was always considered grandpa girl but hearing this story said it all! I may had only been one in half, but I am grateful for the time I had with him....and most all the pictures, because there are some of my cousins that didn't get to spend no time with him not by choice, it was because they were not born yet!

I love you grandpa so much and miss you like crazy!!

2nd day of the new year...did you start your new years resolution?

Here are my new years resolution:
- Weight lost
- Own a house
-New year, new job...my dream job  either full time at an elementary school or a hospital, but would be happy if anything else comes up.
-many more!!!!

You know I want my new years resolution to happen and I know it will, but what I learn is just to let things go with the flow and live life....as well pray about it, and always keep my head up!!

So bring on the new year, and bring bigger and better even happier things my way!!
